Impact Coaching
People set goals each year but let them fall by the wayside leaving them unfilled and struggling to find their way. We find that people have a desire to make an IMPACT because that feeling makes an IMPACT on them as well.

We use a 5 step process in our Impact Coaching model:
1. Connect the Whys. We use several tools to understand your purpose and uncover your passions. 2. Define the Goal/Vision of the Future State you want to achieve. 3. Take time to define a pathway by working backwards from that Future State. Using that time to create understanding and alignment between the Whys. 4. Identify milestones to measure progress on your journey. 5. Foster ownership through accountability. |
Deliverables
- Document your SHAPE and the SHAPE of those who will be traveling with you on your journey.
- Create a Personal Roadmap to serve as a guide of your journey.
- Establish an I WILL action plan to measure progress of hitting your milestones.
- Monthly IMPACT check-ins.
